Pad See-Ew Recipe
Pad see ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) Thai fried noodle dish that’s extremely popular as a quick street food in Thailand, it’s fried noodles that includes meat, egg and green vegetable. It is a one plate meal, great for lunch or dinner. Garnish with dry chili flakes, white pepper, sugar and vinegar or lime juice for sourness. You can also eat with fresh bean sprout like the way you topped on your flavor Pad Thai.

Ingredients: (Using beef in this recipe)
16 oz flat fresh rice noodles
4-6 oz tender beef sliced
1 handfull chopped Chinese broccoli
2 tbsp cooking oil for frying
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce
Garnish with dry chili flakes, white pepper, sugar and vinegar or lime juice for sourness.
Comb through the fresh wide rice noodles, making sure any clumps are separated.
Heat cooking oil the wok (or frying pan) on a medium heat.
Add beef to the wok and stir fry for it about a minute until it well cooked than add egg and garlic then scrape them across another side of the wok.
Toss in the rice noodles while the wok is hot to get the smoky flavor then add Chinese broccoli, light and dark soy sauce, cook for about 3-5 minutes. making sure to be gentle with the noodles, and then turn off the heat and will be ready to serve.
Sprinkle a little freshly ground pepper on the top of the noodles. You can also eat pad see ew with a bit of dry chili flakes, sugar and vinegar or lime juice.
