Spices (เครื่องเทศ) refer to products used to flavor foods that come from the root, stem, seed, fruit or flower of a plant.
Herbs (สมุนไพรไทย) are also products used to flavor foods, but come from the leafy green part of a plant. Herbs like "Cilantro" are grow from the coriander seed, and turn to the plant, cilantro leaves are the must for many Thai dish, stems have a pungent, herbaceous flavor, and are used in many authentic, fresh and healthy Thai curries.


But...What is Gluten?

Gluten is a general name for the proteins found in wheat (wheat berries, durum, emmer, semolina, spelt, farina, farro, graham, KAMUT® khorasan wheat and einkorn), rye, barley and triticale – a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten helps foods maintain their shape, acting as a glue that holds food together. Gluten can be found in many types of foods, even ones that would not be expected. In the United States, the FDA classifies foods that contain less than 20 ppm to be gluten-fee
